This project was organised in partnership between the NGO Center for Youth Education and the NGO Youth Club Tivat, which aimed to raise a greater level of cultural awareness among young people in the Municipality of Tivat, as well as to provide young people with the opportunity to be both creators and consumers of designed activities, promote young talents in the fields of photography, visual arts, poetry and prose, and promote the cultural tangible and intangible heritage of the Municipality.

The project was supported through the #ReLOaD programme, financed by the European Union and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
