2025 - 2026

Active

The project "Volunteer-Educate-Act: Developing the Volunteering Spirit in Young People through Education, Research and Dialogue with Institutions" is being implemented within the framework of the public competition of the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Dialogue for 2025, entitled "Promotion of Volunteering and Volunteer Services with the Aim of Greater Youth Employability".

The mission of the initiative is to encourage the active participation of young people in social life through the development of civic awareness and the building of a volunteering culture. The vision of the project implies an empowered volunteering spirit among young people, the creation of concrete tools for their activation and the definition of measures to improve systemic support for volunteerism at the national level.

The long-term impact of the project, with the partnership support of NGO Gnijezdo, is reflected in strengthening the dialogue between young people and institutions, formulating recommendations for the improvement of public policies and empowering young people from less developed communities. The results are expected to contribute to the lasting recognition of volunteer work as a key resource for increasing employability and social cohesion.

The key activities of the project are:
- Planning and visual identity;
- Survey and research process;
- Advocacy and recommendations;
- Educational cycle through the organization of workshops;
- Public event and artistic action: Organization of the closing event in Podgorica;
- Digital campaign and project promotion.

The NGO Center for Youth Education manages the entire project cycle, coordinates the work of partners and external associates, and ensures financial and administrative compliance.
