The goal of the project was fulfilled through a strong contribution to the realisation of the healthcare development plan in Montenegro, which recognises mental health as a priority in improving the health and wellbeing of the population. During the implementation of the project, which was implemented by NGO Cazas and the NGO Center for Youth Education, a three-day training for young people was organised, along with several one-day workshops and a panel discussion through which the needs of young people were presented in an innovative way and their active participation in decision-making and the implementation of youth policy was enabled. The aforementioned trainings and workshops aimed to provide mechanisms for encouraging activism and developing a culture of participation among young people, as well as improving the knowledge of young people about the preservation and improvement of mental health. Additionally, during this project, Viber stickers were created in order to further communicate the importance of mental health to the target group - young people - and to further emphasise the problem that was particularly visible during the COVID-19 pandemic.
