The NGO Center for Youth Education has launched an international project "Interregional Non-formal Learning Programme for Young Social Entrepreneurs", with the support of the International Visegrad Fund.
The project is being implemented in partnership with the organisation Razlivaliste from Serbia (project lead), KOLABO from Slovakia and Hub for Change from the Czech Republic, bringing together partners from the Western Balkans and Visegrad Group regions with a shared mission - to empower young people to develop ideas that have a positive social impact.
This initiative was created in response to the barriers that prevent young people from launching their entrepreneurial ventures - a lack of practical knowledge, weak mentoring support and limited access to international networks. Through this project, young people from Montenegro, Serbia, Slovakia and the Czech Republic have the opportunity to improve their knowledge, develop ideas and build interregional connections with their peers through non-formal educational activities.
The programme includes several phases: introductory workshops for youth workers implemented within the Social Impact Award (SIA) network gathering, a three-day international Bootcamp planned in Belgrade, as well as a series of online educational workshops during the summer of 2025. Through this process, participants develop essential skills in business modelling, financial planning, teamwork, idea presentation and intercultural cooperation.
Based on feedback and experiences from the programme, the partners will develop a Codified Interregional Programme, which will serve as a guide and inspiration for other youth organisations in Europe wishing to launch similar initiatives.
The project aims to directly involve 80 young social entrepreneurs from four countries, while more than 50,000 young people will be reached through digital channels and promotional activities. Through this programme, social entrepreneurship is positioned as a concrete tool for addressing social challenges, and young people are given the opportunity to more boldly take the path of creating positive change in their communities.
More information about upcoming activities will be available on our website and social media.
