The project Empowering Youth Entrepreneurship through Skills Development, implemented by the NGO Center for Youth Education and NGO Gnijezdo, is conceived as an adequate contribution aimed at developing and creating innovative entrepreneurial activities for young people, in order to generate new jobs and incentives for further learning and employment in the long term. The general objective of the project is to improve the knowledge, skills and competencies of young people for employability and the realisation of their own business ideas, continuous mobility in the labour market and balanced development of entrepreneurship across all regions of Montenegro. The project will be implemented in youth services in 3 Montenegrin regions, with the aim of promoting youth entrepreneurship and mechanisms for greater participation of young people in decision-making processes and local community development. The specific objectives of the project are: SC1: Identifying the level of awareness of young people on the topic of youth entrepreneurship. SC2: Educating and empowering young people to open their own businesses and realise innovative ideas. SC3: Establishing an effective partnership response to the absence of adequate support for young people who are not in employment, education or training (NEET).
