The project "Creating Inclusive Growth towards EU Integration - Empowering Civil Society to Effectively Contribute to Inclusive Local Growth / Supported by the EU Commission", implemented by NGO Forum MNE and NGO Center for Youth Education, is conceived as an adequate contribution aimed at empowering civil society actors in order to provide quality youth services for strengthening employability in local communities, with a special focus on all types of vulnerable groups.

The specific objectives of the project are:

SC1: Empowering civil society and other community actors in order to encourage meaningful structured participation in developing and providing effective youth employment and work services and labour market integration programmes.

SC2: Encouraging local employability and participation of vulnerable groups, with a focus on the NEET group of young people, marginalised groups and women, through innovative one-stop service delivery.

SC3: Improved content of activities and methods of implementing activities in employment services in Montenegro.

The project will be implemented in the period from January 2023 to January 2025 in various Montenegrin cities.
