#MovingForward aims to improve the knowledge, skills and competencies of young people belonging to vulnerable categories of society on the topics of gender equality and legal literacy through their clear participation throughout the entire period of project implementation.
The target group of the project is young people, especially women, coming from rural areas, marginalised groups and members of the Roma population aged 15 to 30 in formal and informal decision-making structures, who often face some form of marginalisation (social, economic, educational, etc.).
Through the implementation of the project and planned activities, at least 120 young people will have the opportunity to improve their knowledge and skills in the areas of gender equality and legal literacy.
At the workshops, directly through the experiences of young people, we have the opportunity to additionally identify the main needs when it comes to education in these areas, while we address the topic of legal literacy through a series of episodes of the collage show Argumentum, where we talk with legal experts about all the topics that young people have nominated and about which they want to hear clear guidelines.
The #MovingForward project is implemented by the NGO Center for Youth Education, with support through the programme Supported=Empowered (FSTP-For Support To emPowerment), implemented by the Fund for Active Citizenship - fAKT, in partnership with the Foundation for Local Community Development Slagalica from Croatia, with the financial support of the European Union and co-financing from the Ministry of Public Administration.
